I started working with Joy about 10 years ago. She's helped us to buy and sell a couple of different properties over the years, and I've always been impressed with her knowledge, responsiveness, honesty and follow through. She recently helped me sell a second property that I needed to move quickly on. It was sold and closed on in three weeks. The sale prior to that, she gave us some cheap, easy ideas on how to fix the place up a little and we made a much larger profit than we ever would have expected. Shoot, the first property we bought from her, our budget was quite small and she never made us feel like we were any less important than her clients with much higher budgets. Even then, I knew I'd always hear back from her quickly. As long as Joy is in the business, I'd never even consider working with any other agent.

There is not enough time to right out how AWESOME Joy Crace is! I would be here all day trying to explain the dedication, hard work, and personal attention she showed me. I will say that I had decided to purchase a home with less than 60 days before my apartment lease was up. So scrolling while scrolling online, I clicked a button to submit an inquiry about a home and Joy "called" me within 5 minutes. Meanwhile, there were approximately 5 others whom I contacted first but no one answered and they just responded with an email. She was the ONLY one to call me and that made a world of difference. I explained my time constraints to Joy and she said, "lets get moving then." (Most people would have been pessimistic based off the small timeframe that I had to work with but not Joy, she was up for the challenge.) From that moment on, she never stopped working to find my new home. The rest is history! Because of Joy, I am in my "dream" home! It is what I wanted, for the price I wanted, and we closed in 45 days. That is rare! As I previously stated, I could go on and on for hours raving about Joy because she is the BEST THING that happened to me. The day I closed, I referred a co-worker to her and they were in contract within 72 hours from the first contact! AMAZING!!!!
